Dr. Joanne, Principal Dentist at Church Street Dental

Dr. Joanne graduated as a dental surgeon from University College Cork and founded Church Street Dental in 2000. With over 20 years of experience, she has built a reputation as a highly skilled and versatile dentist. Throughout her career, Dr. Joanne has continually advanced her knowledge and expertise, earning a Master’s in Orthodontics (2016), and two Post Graduate Diplomas in Conscious Sedation (2009) and Dental Implants (2008). She is also a certified Heart Saver AED instructor, training her dental team regularly in CPR to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Passionate about staying at the forefront of dental advancements, Dr. Joanne attends various courses to incorporate the latest technology and techniques into her practice. There is no dental challenge she hasn’t encountered, ensuring patients are always in expert hands.

When she’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Joanne enjoys gardening and spending time with her family. Originally from County Cork, she is married to a Cavan farmer, and together they raise their three children while enjoying outdoor activities such as horse riding and road cycling.
